Milestones in focus

Selected research checkpoints, not a ranking or confirmation that a target has been reached. Each profile shows its dated evidence.

Dated references appear first. Targets remain attributed expectations; an elapsed date does not confirm completion.

Tracker baseline

October 6, 2026 — tracker launched

55 project records entered at launch. Current inventory contains 208 profiles, including TSMC Arizona. Inventory count checked October 20, 2026; each profile retains its own evidence review date. Coverage additions are recorded separately from project-status changes. Adding a tracker does not mean construction or commissioning occurred.

Use milestones as diligence questions.

Disclosed target / expectation
The source states a timeframe. It is not our forecast or confirmation. Quarter, season and year wording is retained; we do not invent an exact deadline.
Undated
The reviewed profile has a milestone worth watching but no established date. It stays in the tracker rather than receiving an estimated date.
Confirmation criteria
Our analytical checklist identifies evidence that would strengthen or weaken the case. It is not a claim that the milestone has been reached.
Change log
Only a new source review should create a later project update, with before/after scope, disclosure date and source. Historical revisions are labeled separately from changes since tracker launch.
Financial relevance
Milestones can affect financing carry, rent commencement, useful computing or supplier payments. The tracker does not forecast stock prices or quantify undisclosed company earnings.

One dated reference is selected per project where available. It may concern a future phase or regional utility asset, not the project’s next gate or the whole campus. Read the scope note and full profile before comparing dates. Timing windows are grouped for navigation; they are not precise calendar deadlines. Targets in this initial baseline have not been freshly reverified by a live monitoring process.
