The grid proposal remains an application

The Ozaukee transmission and substation proposal addresses load that existing distribution facilities cannot support. A replacement application submitted in September 2026 was still seeking approval and required an environmental impact statement. Filing the proposal does not establish that the requested connections are available or energized.

Customer-funded equipment within a larger plan

The proposed works were estimated at $2.48 billion to $2.72 billion, including $1.099 billion of E-STATCOM equipment to be fully paid for by Oracle. Separately, WEC’s 2025 annual report included demand scenarios reaching 2.6 GW for Microsoft and 1.3 GW for Vantage through 2030.

Use utility delivery milestones

The regulatory decision, construction authorization and eventual grid acceptance are the key infrastructure milestones. Developer or tenant campus targets do not independently guarantee those outcomes. Project-specific cost recovery and the division between customer-funded equipment and utility investment will help clarify the earnings contribution as construction advances.

Documented project connections

Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.

Vantage Lighthouse

WEC and its We Energies utility are named energy partners for Vantage's Lighthouse campus.

The new energy resources and 2028 campus target remain plans; no campus ownership or realized project earnings are established.

Evidence boundaries

Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.

This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
