Vistra
Business, financial evidence and documented connections to the AI buildout.
Business and AI exposure
Vistra owns power-generation assets and sells energy and capacity. Its 20-year nuclear agreements with Meta provide a grid-connected power-sales route. Existing nuclear output and proposed uprates have different delivery dates and capital requirements.

Financial context
At Q2 2026, available liquidity was $6.295 billion, including $435 million of cash and remaining credit capacity. The company said part of the Meta agreements should contribute in 2027; these prospective benefits are not current AI revenue.
Delivery and commitments
The disclosed schedule starts purchases of existing output in Q4 2026, with full operating volumes in Q4 2027 and uprates during 2031–2034. Vistra’s illustrative 13–17% incremental adjusted-free-cash-flow benefit at full delivery uses 2026 guidance as its comparison base.
Costs, funding and dependencies
Plant reliability, regulatory approvals, uprate construction and capital costs determine economics. The projected cash-flow contribution is management’s future estimate. Separate Comanche Peak/AWS arrangements should not be merged into Meta contract scope.

What to watch next
Watch the start of contracted purchases, full-volume delivery and each uprate approval. Keep existing-output cash benefits separate from later investment-dependent generation increases.
Documented project connections
Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.
No named tracked-project role has been established by the evidence used for this profile. This does not mean the company has no AI exposure.
Evidence boundaries
Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.
This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
