Financial context
For Q2 2026, Tyler reported $645.1 million of revenue, including $559.5 million of recurring revenue, or 86.7%. Operating cash flow was $124.4 million and free cash flow was $118.5 million. Those corporate totals do not isolate Nebraska’s AI program.
Delivery and commitments
The September 1 announcement described a successful DMV pilot followed by statewide selection and expanded Document Automation. A pilot and procurement decision establish progress, but do not demonstrate full statewide implementation or acceptance.
Costs, funding and dependencies
Implementation, information quality, privacy and agency acceptance affect delivery. May convertible financing of $1.4 billion adds debt and potential dilution. The $213 million cash acquisition of For the Record and $505 million of quarterly repurchases also use capital.
What to watch next
Watch the implementation schedule, agency acceptance and any disclosed contract economics. The announcement did not give a statewide completion deadline or a specific AI revenue-start date.
Documented project connections
Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.
No named tracked-project role has been established by the evidence used for this profile. This does not mean the company has no AI exposure.
Evidence boundaries
Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.
This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
