Financial context

Pre-acquisition Q2 2026 revenue was $61.9 million, with a $43.3 million GAAP operating loss. June cash was $203 million and first-half operating cash outflow was approximately $60 million. Those standalone figures predate the LivePerson closing.

Delivery and commitments

The September 4 closing announcement said LivePerson debt had been retired and the combined balance sheet was debt-free. It did not provide a consolidated post-close cash balance. Initial OASYS Edge deployment was targeted for late 2026, distinct from demonstrations.

Costs, funding and dependencies

Customer integration, device qualification, implementation costs and retention affect returns. Equity consideration introduces dilution even when debt is removed. The stated $500 million future opportunity from existing customers is a target rather than backlog or recognized revenue.

What to watch next

Confirm initial Edge deployments and paid adoption, and follow the combined company’s first complete financial statements. CES 2027 demonstrations are a product checkpoint, not evidence of commercial-scale deployment.

Documented project connections

Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.

No named tracked-project role has been established by the evidence used for this profile. This does not mean the company has no AI exposure.

Evidence boundaries

Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.

This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
