Portfolio values at June 30, 2026
SoftBank reported adjusted net asset value of ¥72.30 trillion at June 30, 2026, based on ¥83.11 trillion of holdings and ¥10.81 trillion of adjusted net debt. The reported loan-to-value ratio was 13.0%. Consolidated net debt of ¥22.29 trillion uses a different basis.
Construction and financing milestones
The September 2025 infrastructure announcement said ground had been broken at Lordstown. Later announcements identified completion of the DigitalBridge acquisition on September 30, 2026 and an OpenAI investment tranche on October 1. Those transactions advance investment activity, but do not demonstrate accepted computing capacity at Lordstown.
Site plans have separate scopes
The Lordstown and Milam sites were described as capable of scaling to a combined 1.5 GW within 18 months of the September 2025 announcement. That plan is distinct from Oracle’s separate 4.5 GW agreement. Site-level ownership, capital contributions and expected returns for SoftBank were not specified.
Asset concentration and project funding
Arm’s adjusted holding value was ¥49.91 trillion at June 30, 2026, making its valuation important to SoftBank’s portfolio. That asset value is not AI revenue. Changes in investment values and the financing required for infrastructure can affect SoftBank differently from the operating results of portfolio companies.
Confirm delivery against original plans
Lordstown’s original operating target was 2026, while the combined scaling plan extended to approximately March 2027. Updated evidence of accepted capacity and actual funding would clarify progress against those plans. Project-level ownership and cash-flow disclosure would also connect development announcements to SoftBank shareholders’ economic interest.
Documented project connections
Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.

The documented role does not establish contract value, project-level earnings, accepted operating load or a share of company revenue.
Vantage Lighthouse
Indirect asset-management platform exposure through DigitalBridge, a Vantage North America investor acquired by SoftBank on September 30, 2026.
Owning the asset manager does not establish SoftBank's direct ownership of Lighthouse or an exact share of campus equity and returns.
Evidence boundaries
Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.
