OGE Energy
Business, financial evidence and documented connections to the AI buildout.
Business and AI exposure
OGE Energy’s utility, OG&E, supplies electricity and related infrastructure. Data-center agreements create a regulated-service opportunity, while the utility does not own its customers’ computing or earn their cloud revenue.

Financial context
For Q2 2026, OGE reported net income of $116.3 million, compared with $107.5 million a year earlier, and reaffirmed full-year guidance. The release did not separately quantify Google or Core Scientific earnings contributions.
Delivery and commitments
OG&E announced three Google data-center agreements covering Muskogee and Stillwater with customer cost-allocation protections. These agreements are distinct from the original Core Scientific power relationship and do not establish delivered customer IT capacity.
Costs, funding and dependencies
Grid and generation resources, regulatory recovery, customer load and the terms protecting other ratepayers govern economics. A company EPS figure cannot be treated as a campus margin, and signed demand is not necessarily fully energized demand.
What to watch next
Track resource and infrastructure milestones, service commencement and actual billed load. Seek site-specific cost and tariff evidence before assigning an incremental earnings amount.
Documented project connections
Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.
Core Scientific Muskogee
Electric utility service connection through Oklahoma Gas & Electric agreements associated with acquired Polaris capacity at Muskogee.
Gross grid capacity is distinct from accepted AI IT load. The proposed 1.5 GW campus is not established as entirely contracted to OG&E or delivered.
Evidence boundaries
Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.
This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
