Networks & connectivity
Megaport
Business, financial evidence and documented connections to the AI buildout.
Networking and dedicated compute
Megaport supplies networking services and, through wholly owned Latitude.sh, compute and storage infrastructure. AI demand can therefore reach the company through both connectivity and dedicated computing deployments. The compute business also serves non-AI workloads, making its total recurring revenue broader than an AI-only measure.

September 2026 commercial update
Megaport’s September 29, 2026 update reported billing annual recurring revenue above A$500 million, compared with approximately A$1.1 billion on a pro forma basis once commitments are deployed. Compute ARR was A$201.4 million. ARR is a recurring billing measure, rather than revenue already recognized for a full year.
Some clusters are already billing
Earlier compute clusters had been accepted and were generating billings. The three contracts announced in September were still deployment commitments, although power and space had been secured. Existing accepted clusters provide an operating foundation without establishing that every newly contracted cluster has entered service.
Three substantial customer contracts
The three contracts carry A$978.6 million of total contract value over terms slightly longer than four years. They are expected to add A$232.4 million of ARR and include A$322.6 million of prepayments. Total contract value spans several years and should remain separate from annual revenue or ARR.
A capital-intensive deployment program
Fiscal 2027 capital expenditure was forecast at A$1.78 billion to A$1.88 billion. Megaport said the program was funded and reported pro forma liquidity of A$362.2 million. Equipment delivery, installation and customer acceptance still determine when committed capacity becomes billable and how the investment translates into cash generation.
Commissioning through fiscal 2027
The company targeted operation through the January–March 2027 quarter and full run-rate revenue in April–June 2027. A replenished capacity pool was expected to ramp in the first half of fiscal 2028. Progress should be measured through accepted capacity, actual billing and cash conversion against those plans.
Documented project connections
Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.
Microsoft Mexico Central
Microsoft ExpressRoute connectivity partner serving the Mexico Central cloud region.
The connection is network service, without a campus development, landlord or exclusive-provider role. Project-level AI revenue is not disclosed.
Sabey SDC Quincy
Software-defined network connectivity available at Sabey's Quincy campus.
The service listing does not establish ownership, site construction, a capacity entitlement or attributable project revenue.
Evidence boundaries
Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.
This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
