Business, financial evidence and documented connections to the AI buildout.
Business and AI exposure
Marvell designs data-infrastructure semiconductors, including custom compute, networking and storage products. Its AI exposure includes hyperscaler custom silicon and the Google TPU ecosystem. Data-center demand is central to the business, but the category also includes products serving conventional workloads.

Financial context
For fiscal Q2 2027, Marvell reported $2.739 billion of revenue, $308 million of GAAP net income and $605.5 million of operating cash flow. Management expected custom silicon growth to accelerate in the second half of FY2027. That outlook remains distinct from realized sales.
Products and delivery
The July 2026 Google agreement covers inference accelerators, storage, networking and memory controllers, and near-memory computing. Kestrel’s product launch requires Google’s final production qualification. Neither the agreement nor the associated equity documents promises a product launch date.
Plans and commitments
Marvell targeted approximately $20 billion of company revenue and $18 billion of data-center revenue in FY2028, and more than $12 billion of custom-silicon revenue in FY2029. These are management forecasts, rather than customer purchase orders or recognized revenue.
Economics and dependencies
Execution depends on foundry supply, customer concentration and product qualification. Google’s warrant has performance vesting tied to qualifying product revenue, but purchases remain discretionary. The revenue thresholds required for full vesting are not a purchase commitment, backlog or company guidance.
What to watch
Actual custom-product revenue and qualification milestones will show progress against the growth plans. Equity vesting and transfer-restriction dates should remain separate from product delivery. Subsequent operating cash flow can also show how revenue growth converts into resources available to the business.

Documented project connections
Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.
No named tracked-project role has been established by the evidence used for this profile. This does not mean the company has no AI exposure.
Evidence boundaries
Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.
This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
