Products and delivery

AI Firewall and AI Runtime Control are already available. Management connected AI-related traffic with Security and Compute adoption and cited customers including Le Monde and Skyfire. Faster machine-traffic growth does not directly measure how much revenue Fastly earns from AI.

Plans and commitments

Fastly expected FY2026 infrastructure spending to reach 10%–12% of revenue, compared with 5% in 2025. Equipment purchases were frontloaded amid memory and supply constraints. The plan is a cash investment requirement, rather than an amount of revenue already secured.

Economics and dependencies

At Q2 2026, the top ten customers represented 37% of revenue. Sporting events and broader traffic contributed to growth alongside AI activity. Returns depend on retained customer spending and the cost of network capacity; Security and Compute revenue both include non-AI applications.

What to watch

Subsequent results can show whether growth in paid Security and Compute usage supports returns on the infrastructure program. Cash and investments totaled $337 million at Q2 2026, with $14 million of net cash, making cash conversion relevant alongside rising traffic volumes.

Documented project connections

Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.

No named tracked-project role has been established by the evidence used for this profile. This does not mean the company has no AI exposure.

Evidence boundaries

Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.

This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
