Business, financial evidence and documented connections to the AI buildout.
Business and AI exposure
Core Scientific provides powered colocation to computing tenants. Hosting revenue is distinct from the tenant’s cloud turnover, while rent credits and financing restrictions can make billed revenue different from unrestricted cash received.

Financial context
For Q2 2026, colocation generated $136.7 million of $164.2 million total revenue, about 83.3%. First-half colocation was $214.2 million of $279.4 million, about 76.7%. The Q2 release reported $1.819 billion of cash and digital-asset liquidity and $797.5 million of capital spending.
Delivery and commitments
The July presentation identified approximately 260 MW at Denton and 70 MW at Muskogee already billing. Remaining CoreWeave delivery principally concerned Dalton, targeted for early 2027. Separate AMD deliveries were scheduled across 2027–2028.
Costs, funding and dependencies
Customer fit-out, power, financing and acceptance affect the ramp. AMD arrangements include warrants, with 6.5 million shares vesting at execution. Lease face value above $24 billion is future contractual scope, not current revenue or cash profit.
What to watch next
Watch phase-specific billing, tenant acceptance and cash after credits and debt restrictions. The AMD program’s planned 530 MW by end-2028 is a delivery commitment, separate from already billing CoreWeave capacity.

Evidence boundaries
Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.
This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
