Blue Owl Capital

Business, financial evidence and documented connections to the AI buildout.

NYSE:OWL · Research reviewed October 18, 2026

Business and AI exposure

Blue Owl Capital manages investment funds and digital-infrastructure platforms, including exposure through STACK. Public-company economics can include fees, carried interest and investments; a managed project’s gross debt, budget or rental revenue is not all Blue Owl revenue.

Financial context

At June 30, 2026, digital-infrastructure AUM was $18.4 billion out of $319 billion company-wide. Q2 digital-infrastructure management fees were $35.260 million, versus $753.052 million of group net revenue. These categories are broader than AI alone.

Delivery and commitments

Managed funds led $2.4 billion of IREN Mackenzie equipment financing, with draws tied to hardware delivery and commissioning. Separately, Project Jupiter construction continued while a microgrid air-permit proceeding was stayed, according to Oracle’s September statement.

Costs, funding and dependencies

Fund commitments, permitting, power design and customer acceptance affect project conversion. Oracle said September flooding had not changed Jupiter’s schedule; that is an operator statement, not independent proof of no delay. Fund-to-manager financial attribution remains limited.

What to watch next

Watch permit resolution, equipment-linked financing draws and customer acceptance. Separate each project and fund structure, and seek disclosed manager earnings before assigning campus economics to OWL shareholders.

Documented project connections

Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.

CoreWeave Lancaster

Funds managed by Blue Owl participate in the Lancaster development joint venture with Chirisa and Machine Investment Group.

Managed-fund financing does not establish Blue Owl corporate revenue or direct corporate ownership of the entire campus.

Evidence boundaries

Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.

This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
