ACS Group

Business, financial evidence and documented connections to the AI buildout.

BME:ACS · Research reviewed October 18, 2026

Business and AI exposure

ACS combines construction and infrastructure investment. It owns 50% of the Coravel joint venture with GIP and separately has Turner construction exposure through its group. Investment ownership and construction-contract economics are different roles.

Financial context

For the first half of 2026, ACS reported €510 million of ordinary net profit, €105.856 billion of backlog and €1.006 billion of net cash. A May equity placement raised €1.703 billion. Data-center awards contribute to growth, but AI-only margin and revenue were not separately identified.

Delivery and commitments

Coravel’s Dallas–Fort Worth announcement describes leased hyperscale scope, Turner construction and phased delivery through 2028. A lease and development program are commitments; they do not establish that the whole campus is operating.

Costs, funding and dependencies

Joint-venture funding, construction costs, permits and customer acceptance affect returns. The public parent’s ownership percentage cannot be applied to a tenant’s budget and called ACS earnings. Equity issuance also changes shareholder ownership.

What to watch next

Monitor the JV’s funded phases, construction acceptance and rental commencement, together with construction margins. Distinguish Coravel investment returns from Turner revenue to avoid double-counting one development.

Documented project connections

Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.

Evidence boundaries

Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.

This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
